At KeralSpices, we are committed to delivering high-quality spices and food products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Defective upon delivery
- Significantly different from the product ordered
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in genuine cases and must be supported by clear, unedited, and continuous video evidence.
To qualify for a refund, customers must:
- Record an uninterrupted video while opening the package from the moment the sealed parcel is received.
- Clearly show the shipping label, package condition, and contents of the package.
- Submit the complaint along with the video evidence within 24 hours of delivery. To : info@greengramspices.com.
Failure to provide a complete and unedited unboxing video may result in rejection of the refund request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal taste or preference
- Minor variations in color, size, aroma, or appearance that naturally occur in agricultural products
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Claims made without valid video proof
- Claims submitted after the specified reporting period
- Ordinary business transactions where the product has been delivered as ordered
Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our quality control team. Approval of refunds remains solely at the discretion of Keral Spices after verification of the evidence provided.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer within 7–14 business days after approval.
